I'm not part of a union and unfortunately I live and work in a rural part of Devon. The school is a boarding school for young men with social, emotional and behavioural issues, alongside autism and ADHD (to name a few) We are fully trained in teamteach, a safe type of restraint but this accident was as such and not the result of an aggressive incident.
