Truth be told, I don't know whether either the PRS or Phonographic (Society?) would come barging down the door, but they might contact your org to ask whether you do use anything. Once you've got the licence, then (unless otherwise wrangled) the PRS will claim the right to turn up and inspect your premises, without warning.
