Yeah, I did have something of the same feeling with regard to the tour shirts - I suspect it was much the same devoted fanbase, just two decades older - they definitely looked like that was plausible. I was in the recently-unaccustomed position of being at the lower end of the audience age range. There was a chatty chap next to me who was enthusiastically telling the blokes standing behind us how long ago it was that he first saw Sparks (while wearing a shirt printed with images from the Sparks Brothers film from 2021). I missed the start of the conversation, so I didn't catch how many decades he'd been following ...
