that one got posted up at work yesterday, the general consensus seemed to be you would use whichever was in the camera in your hands at the time, you don't want to try changing camera films while there is a hurricane in progress. and besides, you might loose the shot.
and don't most photo-journalists use digital these days, a bit of tweaking makes it either black or white...
