Now I understand why the person who previously dealt with her queries is signed off. When it takes "approximately 3 minutes to open a vital report", in an Access-based database, does this not suggest that someone is a little bit shoddy when it comes to report design. Yes, it may be loading data from our server in London out to Bristol and Macclesfield, but does anyone else think that the immediate solution for a cash-strapped charity would be to buy new PCs with faster chips? Wouldn't upgrading the memory, and shooting the person who designed the report, be cheaper?
