Presumably the spellchecker is a bit iffy, though.

Fortunately this returned my good humour, previously stolen by Parcelforce's voice recognition system as I attempted to arrange redelivery of an Amazon order (well, actually, get them to keep it at the depot until next weekend). While it was a very impressive system, managing to cope with my slight cold and general mumbling delivery, it was unable to recognise my flat's address, although it had no trouble with the postcode and made several valiant attempts. After several attempts, it recommended that I call back during the week (when human beings would be available, or try the website. This revealed the source of the problem - it would appear that on their address database, this number is still a single house, rather than two flats ... mutter mutter

Right, now back to the coursework ... pre-code checklist ...
