Oh, don't worry - I own both! Admittedly the drill used to belong to my dad, but since he got a cordless one he doesn't need the big green hammer-action one.
It's more just a fear of bodging it totally! (I don't want my entire book collection to come down taking the dividing wall to next door with it - although admittedly that would mean serious rawlplugs ...
The other bit was that when running in the spur to the cold supply for the dishwasher, I want to run a spur off through the outside wall (with an inside tap), so that I can actually have a garden hose to make the tree-watering operations easier ...
(And strangely, I was looking at hole saws the other week as I passed the handy hardware shop around the corner ... thinking that "Those would be handy for running pipes through worksurfaces and dividers ...")
