Well, I've now nailed my colours to the sinking ship, or something, and turned down the job offer. Non-technical support meant that most of it is user training - and I escaped a training job last time I had the option of taking one. Interviewer was very understanding, on the basis that he'd rather not have to replace me when I quit after three months ...
