[Photos] Stonehenge

I've spent most of this weekend trying to catch up on my photographic backlog, so there will be a number of gallery posts coming up. Firstly, Stonehenge - driving back from an aforementioned wedding in Wiltshire, cookwitch and I passed Stonehenge. And then doubled back to check the price - and discovered that it's free to NT members. So out came the green card, and in we went. Stonehenge at noon on a Sunday is quite busy, but I made an effort to avoid photographing too many coachloads, helped by a pair of crows that consented to pose on some of the stones. We're considering trying to get back and take some photos much earlier in the day, when the light is better. The sky was quite good, though.

I've only GIMPed some of these - I know several of the others could benefit from more careful attention - at some point I might go back and clean them up, but for now the aim was to get the backlog cleared down and the photos up.
