A four-hour set for the BiCon Ball this time. For the first time I was DJing almost an entire set from laptop (partly because I didn't fancy shifting several cases of CDs as well as everything else up to Edinburgh on the train). A couple of technical teething issues, which made me glad that I'd also specified having a set of decks as part of the mixer - and a couple of backup CDs to cover troubleshooting time. Think I've worked out what the issue was now, though. Even managed to fit in a number of requests from the DIY Disco submissions - though admittedly some were artists I'd have played anyway! And rather pleased that people kept dancing to Control, including people who I'm pretty certain hadn't heard it before.
