[Films] Horror Express

... which was just on. I'd forgotten how good that film was ... Peter Cushing, Christopher Lee, mad monks, zombie cossacks (including Telly Savalas) and a brain-wiping creature from outer space. Sounds like a B-Movie to me.

And such wonderful lines as:
Detective: "A good plan, but what if one of you is the monster?"
Dr Wells (Peter Cushing) (aggrieved): "But we're English!"

Dr Wells, who has been dining with a glamorous companion, to his diminutive grey-haired colleague: "Miss Jones, I will need your assistance."
Miss Jones: "At your age, I'm not surprised."
Dr Wells: "With an autopsy, Miss Jones."

Tweed suits and heroism at the ready, gentlemen ...

Darn! I wish I'd watched/taped it after all - [livejournal.com profile] plinkymoo had mentioned it was on earlier in the evening. I could do with a laugh 'n'all.
