It's fairly simple (especially with FireFox, which allows you to right-click on an a image and "Copy image location"). If using IE, it's probalby easiest to right-click and select "View image" for your chosen icon - that will then appear on its own in the window, and you can get the location line from the address bar.

Then just paste that into the <img src="$source"> tag.
