[POTD] Pic of the day announcement

As some people have expressed an interest in my Picture of the Day posts, but have also expressed an interest in not having their default friends-list view full of my normal journal landfill, I have created a very special community ...

There's only one member. Me. And from now on this is where I'll be posting the POTD*, so if you'd like to keep up with that, please "friend" the community (select "watch this community", as it's limited to one member). This means that, if it's the photos you're interested in, rather than my tedium (is the plural tedia?), you can merely have those on your default view.

* I might make another post about this tomorrow, in case people are only checking my journal on a daily basis for a POTD. Hey, I can dream.

I shall add later when I get home, as some fool within LUL IM (or maybe TfL IM) has fiddled with our filters so when I try to get to your potd community I get:

"Your access was denied due to the content categorisation of this website/file:
Sex;Adult Material"


Which made me LOL somewhat!


thing is... it's not just you - ALL of my LJ communities give the same result... even the hitherto non-Sex;Adult Material ones... that is unless Blyth Power or NMA, etc, etc have all suddenly become Teh Sexeh Nauteeness - which I can't somehow see happening with either Mr Sullivan or Mr Porters' bands... *grin*
