I spotted it about the same time as spikeylady did, I think; certainly she and I posted about it within minutes of each other. I'm somewhat amazed more people aren't posting about this though. I can only assume a lot of people just aren't paying attention to the news at the moment and/or are away from their computers, due to the time of year.
I remember when the tsunami hit three years back, I didn't find out until a week later when I was on my way back to London, as I hadn't been near a computer, TV or newspaper until I reached the train station.
