If you're in London on Saturday, and not going to see either Killing Joke or Disturbed, then you could do worse than get your buttocks down to The Ship in Croydon, where former Saturday night resident DJs Steve freeqboi and Pantera Gary will be (for almost certainly one night only¹) behind the new decks and playing some choons again, to general acclaim (or consternation)².

¹ They've apparently been given a list of things they shouldn't play. Steve's the man who played the Misfits and So What to a wedding reception. Banned lists are not really his chosen reading matter.
² Place your bets now as to whether he gets drunk enough to get naked again ...

I'm afraid I have a prior engagement - a party at which I've been tasked with finding all the music. All the music has to be 80s cheese - and what worries me is that I started off with 28 hours of it on the iPod. I've now reduced it to 18...

well apprently we will be doing it again, but both me a gary agreed the lure was more in the fact we rarely play so wont probably be till summer! :d
