Looks like sushi, but isn't quite the real thing. As often found next to the sandwiches in Boots or TESCO Metro.
(I actually quite like it, but YMMV.)

Wasabi do (or did) fantastic roasted-pepper-and-tofu sushi, and I speak as someone who regards tofu with a great deal of suspicion.

Even some London sushi places like Tokyo Diner (which I heartily recommend, also for the non-sushi food) don't do tuna for the same reason.
