Elegant Decadence's second event of the year
La Chanson Noire - A three-piece together on stage for the first time, with the Portuguese singer and pianist joined by a drummer and guitarist, playing what has been described as chamber goth, although they might have benefited slightly from a darker and more intimate venue for their sound.
Rhombus - The first time back in London for a while for the Yorkshire-based five-piece playing in the classic gothic rock vein, combining male and female vocals with danceable tunes and catchy choruses.
