Which ones were which?

I can't now remember which the examples of point 1 were. An example of point 2 was Waiting Room by Fugazi. And point 3 was exemplified by Hell Hounds by Ferocious Dog (and, admittedly, also The Memepunks, although that's more a stealth entry).
