Hmmm. "I'm going to try to use this more often." That worked out well, didn't it.
Let's have another try. Admittedly, other than sweltering in a heatwave, there's not a lot going on at the moment. My fortnightly virtual TTRPG campaign is still ongoing, with the occasional entertaining "Oh, &$%#!" as several things click together for the players in one scenario or another. The Tuesday night gaming group at the virtual version of the Ludoquist seems to be winding up, as some of the players return to playing and meeting in meatworld, while some of us are more cautious (or not keen on playing RPGs outside). One of the spin-off groups is still playing a fortnightly game, though, which is something.
I was due to DJ a wedding reception last weekend, but then the cautious rules were extended, so instead I pre-recorded a three-and-a-half hour 80s-and-alternative set for them to play, despite the absence of dancing, together with an offer to play an anniversary do for them instead. And then, due to a contact testing positive, they had to cancel the wedding, too. This led to even more annoyance for the 160 minutes before Mr Johnson and Mr Sunak carried out possibly the fastest political U-turn in history, once again demonstrating their "let's leak something, see if we can get away with it" approach to government.
Managed to visit Lisa for the second time since this all started the other weekend, and helped with the tidying of the bookshelves. And towards the end of last week, went to Fixation in Vauxhall to get the sensors cleaned on my assorted DSLRs, which has, frankly, been long overdue.
Other than that, not a lot going on. Managed to stab myself in the finger while making lunch today, so finished prepping and eating with a clean handkerchief pressed hard to my finger, due to having somehow run out of plasters, despite rarely using them, and then heading out to the chemists to get some more.
For some of my photos, there's Instagram, featuring flowers, foxes, and occasional other things.
While, for DJ sets (of which I should record some more), there's HearThis.

(The set can be found here, in case you have a hankering for a couple of hours of 80s and a bit of 90s at any point.)
