Right, off to Beckton now ...
Sunday, March 14th, 2004 03:18 am (UTC)
Oooooh, evil!
Sunday, March 14th, 2004 03:46 am (UTC)
That is a scary icon now and WTF are you going to Beckton - it's a grim, grim place...
Sunday, March 14th, 2004 04:12 am (UTC)
Forget YTF, where TF is my question?!
Sunday, March 14th, 2004 05:06 am (UTC)
It's at the arse end of the Docklands Light Railway, some industrial wasteland that got "redeveloped", not far from Silvertown :-(
Sunday, March 14th, 2004 05:20 am (UTC)
Thanks for that, now we can revert to YTF - oh hang on I remember YTF. Sorry [livejournal.com profile] d_floorlandmine

Beckto has "The Backton Alps" which is some embarassingly
badly named dry ski slope. Its the only visible high ground from
the departures lijnge at city airport....
Sunday, March 14th, 2004 01:24 pm (UTC)
There ain't no gold in Silvertown...

[grin]

[grin] WTF is [livejournal.com profile] jhaelan's Rifts campaign, but in the end there were only two PC, so we played Settlers of Catan (sp?) instead.
Sunday, March 14th, 2004 01:49 pm (UTC)
Is the world full of Settlers players?
Sunday, March 14th, 2004 04:17 pm (UTC)
[grin] I think that it depends on the circles in which you move ... but, in my defence, I should point out that today was the first time that I had played it (even if I did win the second game, despite developing a slow mid-west drawl partway through). However, the prosecution would probably like to submit the fact that I will probably buy a copy next time that I am games shopping ...
Monday, March 15th, 2004 12:12 am (UTC)
Pop over for a game sometime maybe? We have a big set including expansions (Seafarers, Cities and Knights, and the 5-6 player expansion for Settlers and Seafarers).
Monday, March 15th, 2004 02:56 am (UTC)
Cool! And Scrabble as well (although I suspect that you will trounce me soundly).
Sunday, March 14th, 2004 03:59 am (UTC)
That is the most evil icon I have ever seen. I hope you got a good exchange rate for your soul.
Sunday, March 14th, 2004 04:01 am (UTC)
He's probably going to Beckton to make the deal...
Sunday, March 14th, 2004 04:02 am (UTC)
Oh, and... I know someone who likes you; not sure I should say who, though!
Sunday, March 14th, 2004 04:25 pm (UTC)
Spoilsport! Not even in a text? [grin]
Monday, March 15th, 2004 12:13 am (UTC)
Might tell you next time I see you.
Monday, March 15th, 2004 02:55 am (UTC)

Are you still up for The Now Show on Thursday?

1 Sadly predictable, aren't I ...
Sunday, March 14th, 2004 04:08 am (UTC)
Excellent! I have icon envy. :)
Sunday, March 14th, 2004 01:21 pm (UTC)
Finally!

Took me long enough - but now I have a suspicion that me, my digital camera, and my PhotoHouse software may be having some fun ...
Sunday, March 14th, 2004 05:43 am (UTC)
Play well, be gentle to Art, your humble employer.
