The Clown Prince of Darkness has won. Boris has just been declared Mayor.
Now we see whether he's a real buffoon, or a Claudian master of dissembling¹. Either way, I suspect it won't be good for public transport in London.
¹ Possibly. He may decide to keep hiding his light until he challenges DC for leadership of the party. But then, I'm no political commentator.
