Hurrah! Thunder!

OK, so I'm going to get soaked, but it's sounding so damn dramatic as it echoes across the sky, the swinging of Mjolnir ...

Thunder?

Well, that explains the way I've been feeling this afternoon....

We're on for next week, btw. Detroit's been pushed back another week.

Excellent.

And how have you been feeling?
Tuesday, August 3rd, 2004 07:20 am (UTC)
(I have to agree with those below: there's been no noticabl thunder here, either....)

Wouldn't you like to know....

While we have the windows open, as we have no air-con ...

Not this time, for some reason. Possibly tiredness. Possibly feeling slightly cruddy due to insomnia. Possibly the emotional rollercoaster I've been on the last week.

It's rumbling around like a herd of lumpy wildesbeest over here in NW1. It's so dark we've had to put all the lights on! Been going on for ages too.

Strangely enough, "Wildebeest" was yesterday's "we're printing on headed" announcement animal ...

it's been thundering in Bath as well, but oddly enough it's just hot, stuffy and humid here in the midlands.
Tuesday, August 3rd, 2004 10:37 am (UTC)

Yeah - I think that we were short-changed on our thunderstorm. Did the meter run out?

Lots of thunder in SE22 yesterday. And lots of exciting lightning strikes witnessed by yours truly during a bus ride. Rah!

Double-decker bus? [grin]
