[Food] Cake-and-butter pudding

This was the dessert that cookwitch made for Saturday night's dinner party - a design fork from bread-and-butter pudding, but using emergency ingredients due to oversleeping following a late night ... madeira cake and Jamaican ginger cake in alternating slices, glued together with marmalade and then baked under custard. And it was delicious ...
