The Shambles again, now under new management, with a bar extension, and a refurb in process that included some new pool table lights that nearly succumbed to Van Halen's Jump, having an apparent magnetic attraction for the taller attendees. Still, no-one went out of any of the windows, I don't believe there were any concussions this time, and no-one caught fire, so we'll be back again next time, when we get to discover how far the refurb has progressed.

Burned hair aside, I don't know which night I got which of my (trivial) Whitby injuries...

Well, I think it was last Whitby that Crimson hit the wall headfirst following a rebound off me during Irish Rover or Nellie. And there was another when we were at the Res.

And, of course, the time that Jenni knocked herself out on my skull during an air guitar error. I have a suspicion that one reason they asked me to DJ was to keep me away from other people.
