A few weeks ago in Bury St Edmunds, there was a squirrel that, notwithstanding its status as a rat with good PR, sat and posed for the camera. Like this.

It then bounded joyfully towards me, and sat a few feet away, posing again, while I refocussed. And then it did this as I pressed the shutter button.

Bah.

you were seriously in bury and didnt even pop by and say hello?
was that in the abbey gardens? so u were probably only seconds from my shop....pft!

I suspect he was more than taken up by the prospect of visiting my in-laws. That and we were in the Angel Hotel and didn't want to leave on the Sunday as it was so very nice.

We didn't leave the hotel until it was almost time to visit the in-laws-out-law, and the spare time was taken up by a quick scoot around the Abbey Gardens with our cameras, which was part of the point of the visit, really.

lol well in that case i should probably pay more attention to posts and i guess being at the angel is pretty lovely, the angel and the abbey gardens...what more cud u want from bury! hehe
