Aye - I had to look it up because one of our fundraising team had a document with over a hundred hyperlinks in it, none of which she wanted, and she didn't fancy dealing with them one at a time. I thought others in similar boats might find it handy.

Nice trick. Does it just work on hyperlinks, or other text formatting (like highlighting, tracked changes etc)?

[grin] As for that, I have no idea, but feel free to have a play. I found it by Googling for "remove hyperlinks", but there may be an alternative.

For the highlighting (if you mean Word's little highlighting of words thing you can select, if you select the whole document, you can simply select the "no highlighting" option (I've got it on a toolbar, but I can't remember whether that's a bit of customising).
